Bardakcı bay

Between the Bodrum and the Gumbet Bardakcı is right next to the Bodrum. Since the antique ages people of Bodrum are taking their drinking water from this bay. The water was taking with boats and selling at the Bodrum. Another mith about this bay is Hermaphrodite mith. Trade god Hermes and beauty goddes Aphrodite had a son and that son came to this beautiful bay. A water fairy who lived at this bay saw him and fall for him. But she can’t see any return for her love so she pray to the gods and ask them to combine her and him bodies together. So first time in mythology both male and female Hermaphrodite is occur. İt’s a place to see.

Akvaryum Bay

Half island which reach through to South and an inner island and between the Gumbet and Bitez  there lies the Akvaryum Bay. İt’s one of the indispensable stop for boat tripping around the Bodrum. There is shimmery bosphorus and amazing beach. You can visit Akvaryum with daily boat trips at the mornings if you want to anchor to the bay you can see the blue cruise ships at nights.

GUMBET

İt’s only a mile far from the Bodrum you can take anchor at the Bodrum and take the busses to the Gumbet which only take 5 minutes. Gumbet is very popular beacuse of being close to the Bodrum and entertainment places. At summers it’s very crowded. And from camping places to the great hotels there is almost every kind of accommodations exist. With the wind it has Gumbet has very suitable for surfing. Other than that there are too many water sports you can do for example parasailing, water skiing.. Windmills at the hills are sign for powerfull but silent wind.

KARGI BAY

With it’s wonderfull beach and sand in it it’s one of the great beaches of Bodrum. İt’s a stop point for daily boat tripping and blue cruises.At summers there are camels at the beach which you can ride or take a picture with them. Because of the camels it’s known for camel beach too.
